The Best Cry
The best cry is a cry to the Father. How many times has the heart spoke and yet it was not connected to faith (knowledge of a Higher Place)? When others want more than I hold, the cry is to go before the Father and ask for provision to feed the pain of want. The weary heart thinks it can either provide or die trying to show the goodness of desires. This becomes a no-win for anyone. This brings only broken and unfavor to the table of sorrow. What if asked to be jolly when down? What if asked to straighten up and be what another demands? What then? It comes to mind how Jesus went off to the mountain to pray. He was still accused of being a false person but His heart was lightened. His conversation was deep and then could satisfy the desires of His own heart to move forward in His call on earth, to show who His Father is. Somehow the fallen heart of mankind searches for recovery; and if it finds food to hang on to but not Heavenly Food, it wants to cling to this painful source becaus...
